The house has spectacular views across the sea to Baggy Point and Lundy Island and is only a stroll away from the SW coastal path, sandy beaches, restaurants and pubs. Close by is England’s first established Golf Club, The Royal North Devon links course.

Accommodation is offered in double bedrooms all with en-suites, beverage making facilities and TV .Rooms are flexible to offer Doubles, Twins, Single occupancy or Family rooms with ability for children sharing with two adults. There is a ground floor bedroom for those who find stairs difficult.
